Jennifer Devlin learned how to leave her diet in the dust after years of food addiction, yo-yo dieting, and desperate pleas for help. On March 1, 2009, she hit an emotional rock bottom with her weight issues. She cried out for help – praying for God to rescue her from herself. He answered. Boldly.

A weight loss plan was chosen.

Food addictions were broken.

Prayer was an integral part of the process.

A desire for healthy living developed.

A commitment to exercise flourished.

A life was changed.

Over a year and a half later (as of August 2010) Jennifer has not only maintained the weight loss, she understands the need for a continued daily commitment to right choices. She longs for others to see what they could be without the guilt and shame of the world’s expectations, or their own sabotaging actions. Jennifer wants to help others become free from the snare of unhealthy eating and unhealthy self talk. Together, we can do it!

Life isn’t perfect, nor are our choices, but the daily drive to keep committed to living the best life we can will keep us on the narrow path.
